Whiter S14 Combo Makes 450kW!

Mark from Tricky Tune recently ran this beast of an engine up on the dyno. After a bit of set up and initial tinkering, the boost was raised to 26psi and the result was a whopping 730nm of torque and 450kW total power.

At this point the spark was being blown out on both sets of coils and plugs we tried at the top end so we reduced the boost back down to a conservative 24psi and 430kW! Ridiculous haha.

The potential is certainly there for more power if wanted, the new coil packs are on their way from the states as you read this and then the monster can be truely unleashed.

It would not be unreasonable to expect up to 500kW from this combination as the prototype DSR 3540 Turbo was only just getting warmed up at this level. 28-30psi is achievable and the power level is just going to skyrocket as a result.

Way overkill for NZ but it will be an awesome weapon to have on your side in overseas encounters such as the Red Bull All-stars Event or possibly even in Japan.
